To be able to place an order for our Linen Hire Services first you need to register. Simply click on “Get Started” and fill out our introductory form. If eligible someone from your dedicated team will contact you within 24h to discuss your requirements.
Once registered please download our app from Google Play or App store. Search for Home Concierge Services. With our app you’ll be able to place an order for the products/services you need.
Pay us you go. We don’t tie you into lengthy contracts. Simply book what you need 7 Days a week including bank holidays.
We’ll deliver your Linen between 11am and 2pm. Please note that it’s not necessarily to be present to receive the Linen. We can either let ourselves in or hand it over to your cleaners.

Yes, we can deliver same or next day.
Currently, we have a surcharge of 20% for appointments made on Sundays. There are no additional charges for Saturday appointments and bank holiday Mondays.
No, we don’t charge you extra for congestion charge or parking.
No. The price is inclusive of deliver and collection of the Linen
You don’t need to be present on the day of delivery. We can get in the property in the same way as your guests (e.g. lockbox, Keynest, concierge) or can hand over the linen to your cleaners.
Yes, the minimum order value is £40.
